Invisible objects/show missing auth in UI

      AT:

      • there is a unified way of handling entities (reports) not visible to the user due definition authorization
      • Inside collections it has to be checked if the authorization of a mapped user/user group matches the full scope of the collection.
      • If there is not a 100% match, a status indicator and a hover tooltip is shown in the list of users and groups. This status indicator is only visible for manager role.
