Context:
With CAM BPM 7.12 support for DMN 1.2 was introduced. In February, there have been an additional version fo DMN releases, which is 1.3. We need to ensure Optimize can cope with any scenario possible (getting 1.2 and 1.3 DMN definition XML's) with the new DMN Schema version in place.
