Rewrite Typeahead component

      AT:

      • Rewrite the Typeahead to reduce the complexity, solve UX issues and to be able to extend it later on
      • All the current places where we use Typeahead should still be supported except for the add user to collection Typeahead.

            Regarding urgency: We should do this before making any further changes to the Typeahead component. We are at a point where small fixes like OPT-2864 are still possible, but past a point where such fixes can be added sustainably.
