- given:
- I have a user A which is already known in Optimize
- I have a user B which is not known in Optimize (e.g. because the user hasn't been "imported" or was just recently granted access to Optimize)
- User A creates a collection
- when:
- User A wants to add User B as a viewer (role does not matter) for the collection
- then:
- the user B does not appear in the search (which is expected) and if I type the user id manually then the user can't be added since the input is automatically being removed.
- expected:
- even if the user is not showing up in the search I can add him using the user id.
