Add tests that definition by type and key returns all tenants for shared definitions

      Context:
      In OPT-2905 shared definition tenants were added to the definition result but we missed to have tenant specific/shared definition tests for the by type and key endpoint.

      AT:

      • the definition by type and key endpoint is tested with the scenario of a
        • tenant specific definition
        • shared definition (all tenant should be available)
        • mix of shared and specific definition (no duplicate tenant entries etc.)
