Collection role creation by user/groupId that is not in cache

      Context:
      With OPT-3078 we extended the user typeAhead to allow manual input for which there are no search results to be treated as a userId. This allows roles to be added for new users not being populated into the cache yet. However there is no support for groupIds yet as the collection role API requires an identityType to be present. It would be best if we can make the identity type optional in this case and resolve whether it's a user or group in the backend.
