Our current implementation of OPT-2955 has the limitation that the traceID in the camunda process instances (either business key or a specific variable) has to be available in the process instance id already at the start of the instance. 

This works in many use cases, but there are scenarios where this is not sufficient and we also need to support the other use cases.
