Prevent storing of event process mappings with no event sources

      Now that we no longer assume external events as an event source, we should add validation to the event based process API to prevent mappings being stored without a single data source.

      ATs:

      • Mappings cannot be created with no data sources included
      • Mappings cannot be updated with no data sources included
      • API Documentation is updated
