Don't add excluded columns to export request

      AT:

      • the excluded columns are not added as request parameters any longer
      • the excluded columns are still correctly configured in the configuration of the report

      Hint:
      Please add this front-end ticket to the test column so that QA can test it manually since this is actually causing the bug.
