Excluded variable still appear when downloading CSV

    Description

      Reproduce: 

      • Create a raw data report
      • Exclude all the columns including all the variables
      • Save the report, download and open the CSV

      Observed: 

      • The CSV file still contains the variables

      Expected: 

      • The CSV file is empty
