Allow passing in filter parameters to CSV download API

      What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

      Once Optimize officially supports downloading CSV files via API (OPT-3403) I would like to be able to pass in filter criteria directly to the download (e.g. a date filter) so that I do not have to change the report every time before download it. Potentially I could solve my issue also with the rolling data filter (current month), but this functionality would be also nice for variables.

      Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

      Change reports less frequently but just pass in filters via API.
