        • I create a report with grouped by user task end date
        • the execution state is set to running
      • when:
        • I evaluate that report
      • then:
        • the isComplete flag is set to false
      • expected:
        • the isComplete is set to true because this combination of the report should always show no results with an indication that this is all there is
