In the dashboard edit mode, there is a new toggle button that shows/hides a new filter panel: https://zpl.io/blYGnRv
In the filter panel, I can add three types of filters "instance state", "start date" and "end date": https://zpl.io/bzZPxWz
Each filter can only be added once: https://zpl.io/bPj6RJ6

Bug - Application error

Replicate:

Create new dash
2. Add filters
3. Save Dashboard
4. Edit Dashboard
5. Click filter -> application error
