Make dashboard filters apply to the source reports in combined reports

      In https://jira.camunda.com/browse/OPT-3585, we add the ability to add additional filters to saved single process reports. These filters get ignored if applied to decision reports or combined reports. We need to make this work with combined reports, by having the filters apply to each of the individual reports that make up the combined report.

      ATs:

      • When evaluating a saved combined report, additional filers can be provided which get applied to the reports that are part of the combined report.
