Context:

With OPT-3662 we have added custom bucket configuration options for grouping by date variables. The frontend needs updated accordingly to include this new config option in the UI.

AT:

• users can customise the bucket selection in the config of a report
• this config option is only available when grouping by date variable
• the options are the same as when grouping by start/end date
