Handle bad request responses for dashboard saves

      When saving a dashboard, the backend will return a 400 response if a selected variable filter is no longer available within any of the contained reports. We should handle this properly in the frontend rather than displaying the generic error warning. BE changes will be merged in https://jira.camunda.com/browse/OPT-3808.
