adjust report configuration to allow specifically including certain columns

      • change configuration option for including/excluding raw data table columns into the following: 
        tableColumns: {
  includeNewVariables: true 
  includedColumns: []
  excludedColumns: []
}
      • On evaluation, if there are new variable columns that is not in one of the arrays, it has to be added to one of them based on includeNewVariables value
