Context:

In the context of the parent ticket we now also want to implement distribution by number variables with custom buckets.

AT:

• instance count reports grouped by start/end date can be distributed by number variables
• this distributedBy can be adjusted using custom bucket settings (bucket size and baseline)
• the default values of the custom bucket config are consistent with the default behaviour when grouping by a number variable
• documentation has been updated accordingly
