Reproduce:

• create a process instance count, grouped by duration report
• in the configuration popover, activate custom bucket sizing
• notice that there is a valid baseline of 0
• remove and re-add the 0 in the baseline value field

Expected:

• 0 should be a valid baseline

Observed:

• Error message: Please enter a positive numeric value
