Remove isComplete flag from raw report evaluation response

      The isComplete flag is no longer needed in the response to raw data report evaluation, as the FE no longer needs to display limited data warnings with the introduction of pagination. This can now be removed.

      • The raw data evaluation response does not include the isComplete flag
