Context:
We want to create new incident reports (see parent) and we need to import the incident data to be able to do that.

AT:

• the incident data is imported to Optimize
• that includes open, deleted as well as resolved incidents
• the incidents are part of the process instance index
• it's possible to adjust the incident page size
• the historic incidents are added to the list of imported entities in the technical guide
