See the number/resolution duration of open and resolved incident grouped by variable
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
- Users can see the count of incident based on a specific variable value which help in finding if a specific variable value is causing a lot of incidents for example.
- Users can see if an incident that is happening due to a specific variable value is taking too long time to be resolved.
