In the past, we have considered whether there would be a benefit of converting Optimize from Spring to Spring Boot. Ultimately, the benefits didn't justify the work involved. Now that we are investigating how we can make Optimize cloud-ready, we should reevaluate this decision. The reason for this is that Spring Boot provides a lot of microservice related libraries, which might now provide more use than before.
Hint: Spring-Boot actuator is one benefit we might be able to make use of if we decide to convert

- We clearly understand the benefits and drawbacks of Optimize Spring vs. Spring Boot
- We have an idea of the work involved in making the conversion
- the migration is finished
