Evaluate combined incident reports

      Context:
      With OPT-4179, OPT-4324, and OPT-4179 it's possible to create single reports based on incidents. However, it makes sense for users to combine those reports as well.

      AT:

      • it's possible to combine incident reports such that
        • incident frequency grouped by none reports can be combined
        • incident duration grouped by none reports can be combined
        • incident frequency grouped by flow node reports can be combined
        • incident duration grouped by flow node reports can be combined
