Context:
As described in the parent issue, Optimize should offer users the ability to export and import entities. In this context, we want to add the ability to export single process reports to a json file which can later be imported to Optimize.
AT:
- There is an endpoint to export a saved process report
- For now, we do not allow users to export event based process reports
- For now, only superusers are allowed to export reports
- The new endpoint is documented on confluence
