    Description

      Context:

      As described in the parent issue, Optimize should offer users the ability to export and import entities. In this context, we want to add the ability to export decision reports which can later be imported to Optimize.

      AT:

      • There is an endpoint to export a saved decision report 
      • For now, only superusers are allowed to export reports
      • The new endpoint is documented on confluence
