Prerequisite:
Shared report should be opened in another browser without login.

Steps to produce:
1. Select a variable that does not exist with the current definition or version.
2. Save report then Share it.
3. Open shared report in another browser without login.

Problem:
The filter warning does not appear in the shared report because the process variables endpoint fails with unauthorized error
