In our decision reports, there is a small inconsistency on the wording used for displaying instances. More specifically, on the upper left cornet there we use something like:

Displaying data from X instances.

And on the bottom right corner we say:

Displaying 1589 of 1589 evaluations

We need to change this so that the naming aligns on both parts of the ui.

To do: 

Replace the word "instances" with the word  "evaluations" wherever they occur:
