AT:

• Show the actual visualization as empty instead of showing no data notice
• If the report is incomplete:
  • In edit mode: show setup notice (e.g. definition/view/group by is not selected)
  • in view mode: show no data warning with a message that the setup is incomplete
• if the user is unauthorized to see the report, show warning notice about missing authorization(this message can be seen only in a dashboard with unauthorized reports)
