There are certain parts of the UI that are presented on the assumption of a connected Camunda engine and the available features that come with that. With the initial implementation of Optimize with Zeebe, some of these features will no longer be available. We should hide this from the UI to avoid confusing users. We can probably do this with a combination of BE and FE changes, where appropriate. Some examples include (there are most likely more):
- Event based processes will not be supported so the feature should be hidden
- Decision reports cannot be created (shall we hide this?)
