    Description

      For FE developers to be able to develop locally, we need to be able to have Optimize running with Zeebe data and configured as a Zeebe instance. Whether this involves an actual Zeebe instance running or just some generated idea is unknown, but should be defined. This may involve FE and/or BE changes.
