Allow sorting of x-axis in line and bar charts

      What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

      As a User I would like to have the possibility to sort data on the x-axis of bar and line charts (similar to what I can do in tables). Today all bar and line-charts are ordered automatically and I cannot influence the order.

      Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

      Reports are easier to consume and understand if the ordering is as expected by the Report Viewer. Depending on the displayed Data modifying the order is useful.

            jana.eschwaltrup noticed this when playing around with decision reports- it's possible (but not validated) that other customers besides the requesting org (see SUPPORT-10731) will run into it
