Upgrade and reimport scripts cannot find plugin directory (Windows)

    Description

      Problem:

When running the Windows upgrade script, it cannot find the plugin directory. This is similar to the issue described/fixed with OPT-5418.

When I tested this it didn't seem to be an issue for the reimport script, though the logs stopped at "Reading configuration" which is a bit odd (the reimport worked successfully though), so lets double check if that script should be adjusted as well.

This is an issue in both the upgrade and the reimport scripts.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1.  Run Windows upgrade script Or

      1. Run Windows reimport script

      Actual result :

An Error is shown: "The configured plugin directory [.\plugin] does not exist!"

      Expected result:

The plugin directory should be found and no error thrown.
