Context:
In order to apply multid definition view level filters we need to duplicate the key, version and tenant field to the FlowNodeInstanceDto that is stored in the process instance index in elasticsearch.

AT:

• definition key, version, tenant fields are duplicated to the flow node instance nested doc in elasticsearch
• existing process instance documents are migrated
