Context:
With OPT-5336 appliedTo support was added to instance level filters. With this Feature Reqeust the functionality shall also work for view level filters.
AT:
- view level filters should only apply to the definition entries they refer to via the `appliedTo` field on the base query that filters process instances, this also requires their application within view level aggregations
- the special appliedTo entry `"all"` shall apply them to all definitions present
- view level filters can be selected in the Report Builder on multi definition reports
