View level filters can be applied to multi definition reports

      Context:
      With OPT-5336 appliedTo support was added to instance level filters. With this Feature Reqeust the functionality shall also work for view level filters.

      AT:

      • view level filters should only apply to the definition entries they refer to via the `appliedTo` field on the base query that filters process instances, this also requires their application within view level aggregations
      • the special appliedTo entry `"all"` shall apply them to all definitions present
      • view level filters can be selected in the Report Builder on multi definition reports
