Convert distributedBy to secondary groupBy

    Description

      Context: Distribute By is hard to understand. Let's use a secondary groupBy level instead

      AT:

      • Where a group by option is optional - the select is removable. (No 'none' option)
      • Where a group by option must exist (ie, User Task view) the Option is non removable.
      • If a primary and secondary grouping exists, the removal of a primary - propels the previously secondary option into the primary. - The report updates.
