Mention new skipData config property in error message on elastic nested docs limit hit

    Description

      Context:
      Given the new config property to allow skipping import bulk items when the corresponding instance hits the nestedDocs limit introduced with OPT-5453, the error message on failure doesn't mention that new config but just the possibility to increase the nested docs limit.:

      There were failures while performing bulk on identity link logs.
If you are experiencing failures due to too many nested documents, try carefully increasing the configured nested object limit (es.settings.index.nested_documents_limit). See Optimize documentation for details.

      AT:

      • the error message when the nested docs limit is hit and import.skipDataAfterNestedDocLimitReached is false should hint to the possibility to use this new property for skipping the data alongside the possibility to increase the nested limit
