Currently, cloud email alerts aren't working as they are not configured to be enabled, nor have an SMTP server we can use for it. We should make sure we are able to send email alerts before GA.
ATs:
- Email alerts can be sent from Camunda Cloud clusters
- webhooks can be disabled

Hi joshua.windels, Since all Optimize instances deployed to Camunda Cloud will be using the same SMTP server (Sendgrid), we need to ensure our email "reputation" does not get hurt, e.g. because recipients mark the Optimize reports as SPAM. One way to minimize the risk would be to allow reports only to be sent to members of the org or to email addresses belonging to a defined domain. Have you considered this yet?
