Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

We have to ask a number of technical questions as part of the support and quarterly surveys that users shouldn’t have to look up. For example, Optimize version should be sent automatically.
In addition, we're making use of Mixpanel and we don't have access to usage data for C7 or Self-Managed customers
