So that I can understand how my company is using the product

- Empower CSMs to share usage data
- Share tailored Mixpanel dashboards
PM Notes (Customer requests, context, assumptions)
- The Admin component is a logical place to store this setting
- Today, telemetry is enabled through Engine configuration
- The Admin app provides a "Telemetry Settings" section that should apply to all webapps (Stage)
