In order to align with the naming conventions introduced in https://jira.camunda.com/browse/OPT-4571 the command -upgrade * should be renamed to *-update in the following start up scripts:

• optimize-startup.sh
• optimize-startup.bat

AT:

• The start up scripts have been updated
• Doc references to the *--upgrade * command have been updated as well

Hint:

• this is a breaking change to potential existing customer setups and would need to be communicated well if done, ideally we support both an indicate that --upgrade would be deprecated with a warn log
