      Context:
      In order to report Backend Metrics like Site statistics as defined in the Tracking Concept

      a Backend service reporting statistics to Mixpanel is needed.

      AT:

      • A service exists in the backend that can periodically report metrics to the Optimize Mixpanel project https://eu.mixpanel.com/project/2574329
      • the service is by default disabled via the configuration
      • The service reports the following Metrics to Mixpanel:
        • Count of reports (process/decision) per deployment
