What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
The ability to track a user's basic Optimize journey on Camunda Cloud
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
There are dozens of feature requests of customers that are currently using Optimize as a data visualization tool and want to see improvements on that line of functionality. However, holistic feedback on the product from stakeholders is that we do too much for data viz and not enough for 'intelligent process improvement'. There might be a 'silent majority' of customers that don't need more powerful data visualization, but the Optimize team doesn’t have the data to test that hypothesis.

- Installation: First time data is sent
