Context:

In Camunda Cloud Osano is used to manage the Cookie/Privacy settings of a user.
Optimize should only report Mixpanel metrics if the user opted in to the Analystics setting.

If it's not feasible to reuse these settings an own opt-in/out setting must be introduced.
