Integrate Optimize into the `Cloud Evaluation` Mixpanel project

      Context:
      In order to track e2e in cloud Optimize should join the exising Mixpanel `Cloud Evaluation` project.
      There are some commonly used properties that Optimize should also send to allow common filters across events from different components.

      AT:

      • Optimize sends mixpanel data to the Cloud Evaluation project
      • common properties are set by Optimize, being: 
        distinct_id = userId

userId?: string
stage?: string (dev, int, prod, potentially also `optimize-stage`)

      • also add the following properties:
