Problem:

When creating an alert on the report saved mode, report selection dropdown is enabled. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a number report
2. Create a new alert on report saved mode
3. Try to click on the report selection dropdown

Actual result :

I can click on and select the current report from the report selection dropdown while creating the Alert inside of the report.

Expected result:

Report selection dropdown should be disabled.
