Brief summary of the bug:
the variable submenu of the 'view' dropdown inside the report build stay enabled even if there are no variables
Steps to reproduce:
- create a process report
- select a definition that has no number variables (or add one to the engine)
- open the view dropdown from the report builder
- open the submenu dropdown
Actual result :

Expected result:
The variable submenu is disabled
