Brief summary of the bug:

the variable submenu of the 'view' dropdown inside the report build stay enabled even if there are no variables  

Steps to reproduce:

• create a process report
• select a definition that has no number variables (or add one to the engine)
• open the view dropdown from the report builder
• open the submenu dropdown

Actual result :

Expected result:

The variable submenu is disabled
