We should support process instance reports viewed as a %, grouped by end date, distributed by none

ATs:

• Process instance reports can be view as percentage/grouped by end date/distributed by none
• When an instance or flow node date filter is applied to such a report, the total count is also reduced to reflect this
• Other filters should not affect the baseline counts
