Merge Process overview APIs into one

    Description

      Context:

      As discussed with FE and PM, instead of offering different modals to eg. set owner and digest data, we instead want to merge all relevant process settings into one modal. To persist all changes at once, we want to merge the separate process overview APIs into one. 

      API details still to evaluate, best consult with FE.
